Biometric Information (BIPA Notice)

When you upload a photo for AI style transfer, we process facial features to generate Hanfu-style portraits. This constitutes biometric information under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA).

•What we collect: Facial geometry from uploaded photos (not stored permanently)
•Purpose: AI-powered Hanfu style transfer only
•Retention: Deleted after 30 days or upon account deletion
•Consent: Required before processing (see consent modal)

Usage Data

•Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
•Usage Patterns: Pages visited, features used, time spent on Service
•Generated Content: AI-generated Hanfu portraits (stored for 7 days, max 30 images)

How We Use Your Information

Provide and maintain our AI-powered Hanfu style transfer Service
Process your uploaded photos and generate stylized portraits
Manage your account and user preferences
Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support

We DO NOT:

We DO share data with:

AI Service Providers: OpenAI-HK, Replicate, or ComfyUI for image generation
These providers process images temporarily to generate results. They are prohibited from storing or using your data.

Payment Processors: Stripe, Alipay, or WeChat Pay for subscription payments
Payment information is processed directly by these providers according to their privacy policies.

Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights
We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

Data Retention

•Generated Images: Stored for 7 days (max 30 images), then automatically deleted
•Biometric Data: Processed temporarily during generation, not stored permanently
•Usage Logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and analytics
